YOUR TASKS :

Serving a demanding job, this position requires a high level of availability as well as good interpersonal skills. Motivation in the job is essential. In a context where reactivity, listening to interlocutors, as well as a strong adaptability to the environment are essential, method, rigor and composure in the face of the priorities of the situations to be managed are fundamental abilities. He/she will work essentially in a mixed Windows environment. Good knowledge of the Windows 10 and 11 environment, Teams telephony, market finance applications and medium-sized company networks, as well as a good command of English are undeniable assets.

YOUR PROFILE AND SKILLS :

The candidate should meet the following requirements :

Education:

The position is open to those with specialized IT training, preferably with previous work experience.

Technical Skills:

  • Good knowledge of Windows Operating Systems and associated Microsoft tools: Azure Entra ID, On prem Active Directory, Microsoft 365, SCCM, Exchange Online, Teams. And Intune
  • Good knowledge of networks (IP protocols , VLAN’s and VPN ).
  • Appreciated knowledge of Finance and market data applications.
  • Knowledge of telephony (Teams / IPC) and video conferencing systems (Teams / Zoom Room).
  • Appreciated knowledge in Powershell or other scripting languages.
  • Appreciated knowledge in Virtual machine hypervisor, vsphere.
  • Knowledge of Mobile management tool , Microsoft Intune company portal

Essential Skills:

  • Ability to analyze quickly.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team.
  • Ability to adapt to non-technical people.
  • Ability to manage large fleet of devices, over 100 Workstation / Laptops , VM.
  • Management of priorities and respect of deadlines
  • Work in guidance from compliance and regulatory framework.
  • Travel to other company offices around Europe , infrequent basis for projects.
  • English (read, spoken, written)
