Assistant Manager (M/F) – Maison Davis, Zermatt

Location: Zermatt, Switzerland
Job type: Full-time – 42.5 hours/week

Maison Davis, a luxury concept store and art gallery founded in 1992, is looking for a motivated and versatile Assistant Manager to join its team in Zermatt.
We offer a unique working environment combining art, design, and elegance in one of the most beautiful alpine destinations.
Responsibilities:

• Assist management in the daily operations of the boutique.
• Supervise and support the sales team.
• Contribute to the presentation of collections and the organization of events.
• Ensure outstanding customer service and uphold the Maison Davis brand image.

Profile:

• Previous experience in retail, management, or luxury hospitality is not necessary but appreciated.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Fluent in English, and German or French (other languages are a plus).
• Responsible, proactive, and passionate about the world of luxury and art.
• Skills in social media management and/or product photography (shootings) are a strong plus.
• Looking for a long-term commitment.
