In this role, you will lead an interdisciplinary team while driving strategically relevant projects in an innovative MedTech environment. You will combine leadership with hands-on operational responsibility and play an active role in advancing project management, processes, and digital initiatives.

As a key interface between Business, Technology, and Finance, you will make a significant contribution to the professionalization of our structures and the successful delivery of cross-functional projects.

Your main tasks

• Leadership (approx. 40%): Lead, coach, and develop a team of four (2 PMO Managers, 1 Lead Shared Services, 1 Digitalization Specialist), fostering a collaborative and performance-oriented team culture
• Project Ownership (approx. 60%): Lead strategic and cross-functional projects, particularly in project controlling, digital health, CRM, and AI
• Organization & Standards: Define and implement consistent project management standards, methodologies, and tools, ensuring their sustainable adoption
• Continuous Improvement & Governance: Initiate and drive improvements in processes, structures, and governance related to project management
• Driving Digitalization: Actively advance digital initiatives and co-create innovative solutions with business units
• Transparency & Steering: Oversee robust project controlling and provide sound decision-making bases for stakeholders
• Collaboration & Alignment: Work closely with various business and product areas and act as a central coordination point for cross-functional initiatives 

Your profile

• At least 5 years of experience leading complex projects, ideally in a MedTech or technology-driven environment
• Initial leadership experience and a strong interest in developing team members
• Strong project management expertise combined with a structured, solution-oriented, and entrepreneurial mindset
• Experience in digitalization projects (e.g., CRM, AI, or process automation) is a plus
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to manage stakeholders at all levels effectively
• University degree (FH/University) in Economics, Engineering, or a related field
• Fluency in German and English (C1 level)
