Data Administrator 2 (Packaging Data & Operations Specialist / Senior Specialist)

? Münchwilen, AG (Switzerland) | ? Contract: Feb 2026 - Jan 2027 | Extension possible

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Packaging Data & Operations Specialist / Senior Specialist to join the Product Technology & Engineering team in Münchwilen AG. In this role, you will manage packaging-related master data, support the packaging code lifecycle, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements-supporting smooth and efficient operations across the business.

Your Responsibilities

• Maintain and manage packaging master data in master data management systems
• Ensure data accuracy, completeness, and integrity
• Support the packaging code lifecycle (creation, updates, changes, phase-out)
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders across Packaging Development, Engineering, Supply Chain, Quality, and HSE
• Support compliance and regulatory requirements, including dangerous goods transport requirements
• Contribute to process improvements and operational excellence initiatives

Your Profile

• Commercial or technical education (apprenticeship, technical degree, or equivalent)
• Experience in data management / documentation / operational support:
  • Specialist level: 1-2 years
  • Senior Specialist level: 3-5+ years (technical or regulated environment preferred)
• Strong skills in data management and structured documentation
• Understanding of compliance, cost management, and operational excellence (level dependent)
• English C1 required | German is a plus
