The candidate will play an important role within the team and contribute significantly to its overall success.
Description
The selected candidate will be responsible for the following task area:
- Take ownership of the end-to-end supply planning process for designated brands across the global manufacturing network
- Proactively manage risks and take decisive action to ensure uninterrupted supply to patients
- Collaborate closely with supply planning partners and cross-functional teams to develop and deliver optimal, aligned supply plans
- Drive performance by meeting brand-level KPIs, implementing improvements to meet performance and technical review board commitments, and contributing to financial optimization initiatives
- Ensure full compliance with the global standards, including strict adherence to processes, systems, and master data quality requirements
Profile
To be considered for this position, the ideal candidate must have:
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in supply chain, production planning, or related fields, ideally in a multi-product, multi-echelon batch production environment.
- At least 3 years' experience using SAP/APO for planning; strong background with SAP IBP is highly desirable.
- Proficient in the use of supply chain and advanced planning systems, as well as ERP platforms such as SAP
- Demonstrated success in developing and executing digital strategies within the supply chain function.
- Proven ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders to manage exceptions and negotiate effective solutions.
- Proven ability to work independently and manage time-sensitive deliverables
- Excellent communication skills and fluency in English, German is a plus
