Night Auditor 60% - 100 % m/f

As part of the front office department, the night audit team is handling the BHMS reception during the night and is taking care security of the school and hotel. You are also the first impression visitors get from B.H.M.S. Besides offering a perfect service to students and guests as well as internal and external customers, the night audit are responsible for the appearance of the welcome desk. The following qualifications and requirements are requested:

• Welcome students and hotel guests on the front desk and offering all required information and services according to our standards in a hospitality and efficient way representing the hospitality background of B.H.M.S.
• Experience in monitoring and securing buildings and grounds, as well as conducting patrols and security checks Being responsible for the security of the school during the night (e.g. handling fire alarms and other special situation arising.)
• All administrational duties on a front office, like daily correspondence with students, data collection and management, etc. according to internal regulations and tasks given by the line manager
• Well-groomed appearance and excellent manners
• High reliability, sense of responsibility, and ability to work in a team.
• Assertive, trustworthy, and independent
• Very good English skills, ability to understand and communicate. German is a big plus.
• Willingness to work nights and weekends.
• Making sure that the students and guests respect the peace at night
• Other activities like student and guest transportation, etc. according to the tasks of the line manager
