Responsibilities
As a Sachbearbeiter Finanzen, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our financial processes. Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing accounts payable and receivable.
- Preparing and reviewing financial reports and statements.
- Handle payment transactions and monitor liquidity.
- Review and post expense and travel cost reports.
- Ensuring compliance with Swiss financial regulations and standards.
- Collaborating with internal teams to optimize financial workflows.
- Assisting with audits and financial analysis as needed.
Qualifications
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented individual with the following qualifications:
- Completed education in finance, accounting, or a related field.
- Proven experience in financial administration or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of Swiss financial regulations and practices.
- Proficiency in financial software and tools (e.g., Excel, Abacus, CRM).
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong communication skills in German and English (both written and spoken).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
