Financial Services Middle Office Specialist (80-100%)
Zurich |working from home up to 40% | Reference 7125
As a key contributor to our sales operations, you will manage a defined customer territory in close collaboration with a Sales Representative. You will also take ownership of all administrative and support activities related to sales and the implementation of financial information systems for our clients.
What You Will Do
• Territory Management: Oversee a customer sales territory in partnership with Sales and Account Managers, focusing on financial services products in Western Switzerland and selected international regions.
• Client Support: Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries related to products, functionalities, data, pricing, exchange permissions, and issue resolution.
• Contract Administration: Draft, process, and manage customer contracts within the financial customer information system.
• Billing & Financial Oversight: Initiate invoicing processes and monitor dunning procedures and accruals to ensure financial accuracy.
• Project Coordination: Manage product and data entitlements, and plan, coordinate, and track customer and sales-related projects from initiation to completion.
What You Bring
• Educational Background: Completed commercial apprenticeship (kaufmännische Grundbildung) followed by further education at a Swiss University of Applied Sciences (Fachhochschule) or a College of Higher Education (Höhere Fachschule) or equivalent.
• Professional Experience: At least 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a middle or back-office environment.
• Skills & Mindset:
o Strong numerical aptitude and attention to detail.
o Customer-focused with a proactive and well-organized approach.
o Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
• Language Proficiency: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, French, and German (C1 level in all three).
