To strengthen our Group Accounting team, we are looking for an analytically strong and motivated professional who actively contributes to the Group closing process and further develops key topics in group accounting and reporting.
In this role, you will combine hands-on involvement in the consolidation process with close collaboration across our international finance community and act as a trusted partner for finance-related topics across the Group.

Group Accountant (m/w/d)
Deine Aufgaben
- Contribute to the monthly Group closing process and external financial reporting in accordance with Swiss GAAP FER
- Analyze and validate reporting packages of our international group companies, comment on key variances, and identify improvement opportunities
- Act as a key point of contact for international finance teams on accounting and reporting matters, including the application of group-wide accounting guidelines
- Prepare financial analyses and presentations for the CFO, Executive Board, and Board of Directors, and support other Group functions in finance-related matters
- Maintain and further develop the Group Accounting Manual and the consolidation tool
- Drive continuous improvement of Group Accounting processes and reporting structures, including participation in cross-functional projects and the integration of new entities
Dein Profil
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance & Accounting, with 3-5 years of professional experience in auditing (preferably with a Big Four firm) or within an international corporate environment
- Experience in group accounting or in the audit of consolidated financial statements
- Solid knowledge of Swiss GAAP FER and/or IFRS
- Strong Excel skills; experience with SAP FI and consolidation tools (e.g. LucaNet) is a plus
- Fluent in English (written and spoken) and motivated to work in an international environment
- Analytical, structured, and solution-oriented mindset, with willingness to travel occasionally (approx. 1-2 times per year)
