Specialist Product Approvals (m/f/d)

Do you have a background in Electrical Engineering or Mechatronics? Is a systematic way of working one of your strengths? Join our Engineering Approvals team and take on a versatile and exciting challenge.

Your Responsibilities

• Prepare and submit approval dossiers, ensuring compliance with deadlines and budgets

• Obtain and maintain international approvals (e.g., VDE, UL, CCC) and ensure CE conformity

• Manage and update standards and approvals in the relevant databases

• Liaise with approval authorities and their inspectors, and support company and surveillance audits

• Provide support to product developers, project managers, and internal/external customers on all questions related to standards, approvals, and new technologies

• Contribute to project teams for new product developments

• Location: SCHURTER Global Headquarters (Lucerne, Switzerland or flexible within Europe)
  

Your Qualifications

• Technical education in Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering

• Further education as Engineer FH, Technician HF, or equivalent qualification

• Strong command of German and English, spoken and written (mandatory)

• Independent and precise working style

• Experience in quality management is an advantage
