Logistics Support Staff on Call (m/f/d) – Catering & Events

We are looking for a reliable and highly flexible team member to support our catering and event operations on an on-call basis in Zurich and surrounding area.

Your Responsibilities

• Loading and unloading vehicles
• Transporting catering equipment, beverages and event materials
• Driving larger vans and catering vehicles
• Supporting event setup and breakdown as well as general support during events
• Assisting with warehouse organisation and logistics

What We Are Looking For

• Physically fit and hands-on mentality
• Reliable and independent working style
• Very high flexibility regarding working hours
• Comfortable working late evenings and night shifts
• Availability on short notice when needed
• Valid driver’s license (Category B)
• Comfortable driving larger vans / delivery vehicles
• Experience in logistics, events or hospitality is a plus
• German is not required

Working Hours

Most shifts involve:

• Event setup in the late afternoon / early evening
• Event breakdown late at night

Working hours are communicated individually depending on the event schedule, therefore flexibility is essential.
