Position:
The mission of the Strategic Insights department is to proactively provide real consumer, brand and trade data and insights, generate hypotheses and connect and translate these into strategies to help drive the business. The role of Consumer Intelligence Manager reports to a SI Lead Manager and provides support to the business and closely collaborates across Marketing, Sales, Finance and other departments.
Responsibilities:
As the Consumer Intelligence Manager, you will…
- Manage all qualitative and quantitative consumer research studies, including ad-hoc and continuous tracking projects and translate data to insights
- Drive Consumer Centricity and collaborate across departments
- Connect the dots and identify insight gaps and needs to build local consumer research strategies accordingly
- Act as a trusted Business Partner and leverage data from different touchpoints to develop automated workflows for real-time insights and reporting
- Provide support to the SI team and other stakeholders with ad-hoc analysis and requisite presentations for internal meetings and key strategic peaks during the year
Requirements:
- University business degree or equivalent educational background in Marketing. An MBA or equivalent education is desirable.
- Sound experience in the FMCG industry with market research; Solid background in qualitative and quantitative marketing research techniques and latest digital measurement tools at consumer & trade level
- Data analysis, statistics & forecasting skills are a plus,
- English fluent, any local language desirable
- Knowledge of MS Office, SPSS, Power BI, SQL or any other database administration
