For our central ITP/Digital Transformation team in our headquarters in Adligenswil (CH) we are looking for a
Digital Transformation Analyst (m/f/d, full time)
Your contribution to our success
- Support digital transformation and process improvement initiatives across the organization.
- Analyse, document, and map existing business processes and workflows.
- Identify opportunities for process simplification, standardization, automation, and digitalization.
- Support projects focused on digitalizing administrative workflows such as order entry, invoice processing, document management, approvals, and reporting processes.
- Gather and document business requirements through stakeholder interviews, workshops, and user feedback.
- Assist in the design, implementation, testing, and deployment of new digital solutions and process improvements.
- Create and maintain process documentation, business requirements, process maps, work instructions, and training materials.
- Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and end-user training activities.
- Monitor process performance and prepare project updates, presentations, and business analyses.
- Promote data quality, process compliance, and standard ways of working.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across Adligenswil (CH), Roermond (NL) and Bad Sobernheim (D)
- Research industry best practices and emerging technologies to support continuous improvement initiatives.
- Support change management and user adoption activities to ensure successful implementation of new processes and systems.
Your Profile
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Information Systems, Operations Management, or a related field.
- 2 to 3 years of relevant professional experience in business analysis, project management, process improvement, digital transformation, or consulting.
- Structured and process-oriented mindset.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong organizational and project coordination abilities.
- Ability to work independently and within cross-functional teams.
- Experience with SAP, MES/MOM systems, document management solutions, or workflow automation platforms is an advantage.
- Familiarity with process mapping and continuous improvement methodologies is beneficial.
- Fluent English communication skills (both written and spoken)
