In this role you will be responsible for real estate and the management systems (quality, safety, security and product conformity). Reporting to the Division President, you will manage a wide field of responsibilities and will be a supporting partner to the global divisions and functions in the development of Accelleron. The role is part of the management team of Accelleron Switzerland and located in Baden.
Your responsibilities:
- Strategic site development and planning (72’000 m2 production, warehouse and office space).
- Facility management.
- Local stakeholder management.
- Ensuring our license to operate by maintaining the management systems for quality, environment and safety.
- Ensuring certification.
- Ensuring effective processes in product conformity and marine product safety.
Your background:
- Leadership experience at management team level / indirect management exposure.
- Experienced/strong leader and strong people management and people development skills.
- University degree.
- Experience in management role in real estate / facility management.
- Exposure to ISO management systems.
- Strong background in change management and process improvements.
- Solution and service oriented approach.
- Curious to explore for improvements.
- Fluent in English and German.
