What you will do

Analyze and document current HR reports and their data structure

Review and improve existing HR data models

Conceptualize and define standard reports for HR

Develop and define relevant HR metrics (e.g., absence rates, turnover rates)

Validate and ensure data quality from various sources

Assist with reporting and visualization in Power BI

What you bring & who you are

Currently studying Business Administration, Computer Science, Data Science, or related fields

Interest in working on projects and data analytics

First experience with Business Intelligence tools is an advantage

Independent working style and strong communication skills

Basic knowledge of SQL, Python, or similar languages is desirable

Monday & Tuesday are our dedicated office days.
