Project Support for Finance (m/f/d)

As a Project Support for Finance, you will be a valuable member of our Accounting Shared Services for Europe and North America, as well as our global finance team. Your primary responsibilities will be contributing to the successful implementation of SAP S/4HANA and the application of lean methodology principles to optimize financial processes across the organization. This role is suitable for candidates with good experience in finance, key user knowledge of SAP S/4HANA (SAP FI, CO, SD and MM) and a desire to grow their project management skills.

Key Responsibilities:

1. SAP S/4HANA Implementation:

• Support the planning, execution, and monitoring of SAP S/4HANA implementation for accounting globally.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assist in defining project objectives and deliverables.
• Learn and contribute to the integration of SAP S/4HANA into finance processes
• SAP FI, CO, SD and MM

2. Lean Methodology

• Learn and apply lean methodology principles under the guidance of senior team members.
• Assist in identifying areas for process improvement and participate in streamlining efforts.
• Contribute to optimizing financial processes for increased efficiency.

3. Project skills

• Assist in the development and management of project plans, timelines, and budgets.
• Work with senior team members to coordinate project resources and track milestones.
• Support risk identification and the implementation of mitigation strategies.

4. Stakeholder Engagement

• Collaborate with senior team members to communicate project progress and updates.
• Develop relationships with cross-functional teams and external partners.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor`s degree in Finance, Business, or related field
• Proven experience as a key user in SAP S 4/HANNA (Finance & Accounting) - Project participation is a plus)
• Ability to thrive in a cross functional environment.
• Knowledge of Lean methodology and/or project management desired
• Quick comprehension and good analytical skills
• Fluent in English (German and others are a plus)
• You have very good communication skills.
• Familiarity with financial regulations and compliance
