ROLE OVERVIEW
As a Business Developer, you will play a key role in strengthening Helvepic’s economic foundations in support of its long-term artistic ambition. Your primary mission is to develop, structure and secure revenue-generating partnerships, ensuring financial stability and sustainable growth for both the company and the artistic projects it produces.
You will focus on identifying and converting commercial opportunities through sponsorships, strategic partnerships and tailored collaborations. You will work in close coordination with internal team members responsible for representation and non-financial partner relationships, while your role remains mainly focused on business outcomes and financial impact.
Helvepic operates as a small, highly collaborative team, with a strong sense of shared responsibility and collective ownership. While you will report directly to the CEO, you will work closely with the entire team to develop projects that carry significant artistic and cultural ambition. Business development at Helvepic is not limited to corporate growth: it directly serves the development, scaling and sustainability of ambitious artistic creations.
In this role, you will also be responsible for coordinating business development efforts across a small internal team, without hierarchical authority. You will federate existing strengths, align contributions and encourage collaboration to expand Helvepic’s network and partnership ecosystem. Success in this position relies on your ability to mobilize people, connect initiatives and add your own contribution, rather than managing through formal leadership.
A central dimension of this role is to build and maintain balanced, win-win collaborations. You will ensure that partners and sponsors clearly understand the value they derive from working with Helvepic, and that collaborations are structured in a way that aligns artistic integrity with mutual benefit. Your responsibility extends beyond securing agreements to fostering long-term, trust-based partnerships where all parties gain from the relationship.
