We are currently looking for a Front Office Administrator to join our Monterosa Family at our Zurich office. The position offers presence hours Monday to Friday from 7.45 a.m. to 5.15 p.m. incl. vacation substitution. We are looking for a motivated, service-oriented person who feels comfortable in a dynamic environment and enjoys being an important team player in a hub role.
As a key team player, you will contribute to the seamless operation of our Front Office with following duties:
- Managing general office operations, answering calls, providing switchboard support.
- Being the first point of contact for guests, welcoming our clients, arranging and coordinating internal and external meetings, maintaining meeting rooms, calls and appointments.
- Organizing international travel bookings (flights, hotels and more) as well as visa applications.
- Handling incoming and outgoing mail and courier services, ordering office supplies.
- Providing administrative support to internal departments, maintaining and updating intranet content.
- Supporting the planning and execution of various events and trainings in-house and externally.
Your description
- You are absolutely committed to exceptional client and guest services, with a positive service mindset.
- You have an eye for details and an exact working style and ideally, you have initial experience in guest relations.
- You are an advanced MS Office user and proficient in German and English, both orally and in writing.
- You work independently and are able to set priorities under pressure.
- You are open minded, dynamic, and confident in handling and adapting to challenging situations.
