We are looking for enthusiastic, friendly, and reliable Team Members to join our festive chalet at the world-famous Basel Christmas Market for the upcoming holiday season.

If you love the holiday atmosphere, enjoy interacting with people from all over the world, and want to earn excellent extra income this winter, we want to hear from you!

📅 Details & Timeline

• Contract Type: Temporary / Seasonal (Full-time or Part-time options available)
• Duration: November 26 – December 23, 2026
• Location: Barfüsserplatz, Basel

💼 Your Responsibilities

• Customer Service: Welcoming market visitors with a warm smile and helping them with their purchases.
• Sales & Cash Handling: Operating the point-of-sale system, handling cash and card transactions accurately, and managing short queues.
• Chalet Maintenance: Restocking inventory, keeping the display neat, and ensuring the stand looks festive, clean, and inviting.
• Opening/Closing: Assisting with setting up the stall in the morning or securing it at closing time.

👋 What We Are Looking For

• Language Skills: Good spoken [German / English], French is a plus to assist both local visitors and international tourists.
• Personality: Outgoing, proactive, honest, on-time, and reliable with a great team spirit.
• Availability: Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings and weekends.
