IT Strategy and Transformation Manager

Key tasks and responsibilities

• Translate business goals into a clear IT vision and transformation roadmap
• Assess current IT landscape, models, and governance to identify gaps and improvements
• Design future-state IT strategies aligned with business objectives
• Build business cases, analyze costs, and support strategic decision-making
• Promote IT best practices in sourcing, governance, and investment prioritization
• Foster innovation, collaboration, and excellence within Group IT

Key skills / requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in IT strategy, business transformation, or consulting
• Bachelor's degree in IT or related fields
• Strong analytical and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to turn complex technical topics into clear business insights
• Proactive, collaborative, and self-driven personality
• Excellent English and good German language skills
