Your field of play

As a Finance Manager Accounting and Business Control, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the financial health of the Henri-Lloyd business. You will be responsible for performing the monthly books closing, managing the Accounts Payables with suppliers and the Accounts Receivables with customers, analyzing financial data, and monitoring budgets. In close collaborating with various departments, you will help optimize financial processes, mitigate risks, and identify opportunities for cost savings and revenue enhancement. This role requires strong accounting and analytical skills, financial acumen, IT savvy, and the ability to communicate complex financial concepts effectively. These are your main fields of responsibility at a glance:

  • Optimisation and improvement of the IT/ERP infrastructure 

Your story

Be successful in this position you bring: 
  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; MBA or CPA preferred.
  • Proven experience (5-10 years) in Accounting, Financial analysis, Budgeting, preferably in a corporate finance or business controlling role.
  • Strong proficiency in financial modelling, data analysis, and financial reporting.
  • Excellent knowledge of accounting, financial regulations, and compliance requirements.
  • High IT affinity in general and advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, financial management software, and ERP systems.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and communicate insights effectively.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally and influence decision-making at all levels.
  • A ‘can do’ attitude and a hands-on approach in what is a dynamic, start-up environment.
