Job main responsibilities

  • Support corporate strategy planning and execution of strategic initiatives
  • Conduct industry analyses, derive strategic implications and recommendations
  • Proactive support of M&A origination work, including identification and evaluation of potential targets
  • Manage M&A projects from A to Z (origination, due diligence, contract negotiations and completion), including management of large project teams
  • Perform financial modelling, including valuation of potential investments, working closely with finance and business functions to develop business cases
  • Develop presentations and investment cases for senior management and the board to facilitate strategic discussions and executive decision-making

 Candidate profile requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of professional experience in corporate strategy, strategy consulting and/or in-house M&A
  • Experience in strategy planning, implementation and steering of corporate initiatives
  • Experience in M&A project management and execution
  • Outstanding analytical, modelling and presentation skills
  • Strong interpersonal and communications skills
  • Eager to learn and quickly adapt to changing dynamics
  • Fluent in English; any other languages is a plus
