PL/SQL - DWH Engineer

For our Lugano Branch (TI) we are searching for PL/SQL - DWH Engineer

 

Responsibilities and Duties

• Participate in requirement and data analysis


• Analyse and performance tune existing database applications


• Maintenance and troubleshooting of Data solutions on Oracle analytic platforms


• Bug fixing and implementation of enhancement on the solution


• Cooperate with stakeholders, business, data analysts and other team members to transform business needs into software solutions


• Work together with software architects to achieve standardization across the data landscape

 

Qualifications and Skills

• 3+ years of experience as a Data Engineer, ideally within the banking area


• Experience in building data ingestion pipelines


• Strong knowledge of PL/SQL stored procedures


• Experience with large and complex Oracle data warehouses


• Strong experience in data modelling, design patterns and building highly scalable Data solutions


• Experience with relational SQL and NoSQL databases: Oracle, Postgres, etc.


• Knowledge of business intelligence tools like Power BI, Microstrategy, Tableau or similar is a plus


• Experience to work in Agile methodology (Scrum framework)


• Fluent in English and Italian (German would be a plus)
