For Lonza AG (Global Engineering) we are looking for a Talent Aquisition Specialist (all genders) 100%.

· Collaborate with contingent workforce managers to understand specific contingent staffing requirements

· Utilize various sourcing channels such as job boards, social media, freelance platforms, and staffing agencies to find suitable candidates

· Screen and evaluate resumes and applications to identify qualified contingent workers

· Conduct initial interviews and assessments to determine candidate suitability

· Maintain and update a database of potential contingent workers for future opportunities

· Ensure a positive candidate experience through timely communication and feedback

· Track and report sourcing metrics and effectiveness of different sourcing channels

  • qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
    • Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment or sourcing preferably for contingent workers (staff leasing)
    • able to work min. 30% in Visp on-site
    • Strong understanding of various sourcing techniques and tools
    • Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and LinkedIn Recruiter
    • Strong understanding of contingent workforce trends and best practices
    • Good knowledge of pharmaceutical industry and related roles
    • Proficiency in English and German
    • Proficiency in HRIS and other workforce management tools
    • Knowledge of relevant labor laws and regulations
