Agile Business Process Manager (f/m/d)

Having pioneered many of the most influential technologies and tech-niques in our field, we have a tradition of doing more to advance dental regeneration, restora-tion and replacement, as well as patient care.For the IBU Project Management Office (PMO) we are looking for a qualified Agile Project Management Officer linking with the Software Portfolio Departments. The Agile PMO is able to support the agile business portfolio processes and events. The person is the link between the Hardware Project Portfolio Management and the Agile Software Portfolio Management Process / Portfolio.

Responsibilities

• Support of the PMO- & CTO organizations with a focus on Software Portfolio Management and communication of related Software Portfolio Strategy
• Responsibility for the PMO in terms of Quality Assurance, Documentation and Compliance of (Software) Business Processes
• Management of the Project Portfolio List with monitoring of resources and preparation of project reporting and forecasts
• Contributes to initial setup & drives continuous improvement of (software) business process together with CTO department
• Moderates and contributes to Software Portfolio Management Governance Events (Monthly Software Portfolio Syncs, QTR Portfolio Syncs, PI Planning) and preparation steps.
• Establishes and maintains the systems and reporting capabilities and offers guidance for OKRs and KPIs

Your Profile

• Academic degree in life sciences, technical, business administration or equivalent experience
• (2 - 4 years of experience in the area of software / agile project management)
• Experience in lean portfolio management / SAFe framework
• Knowledge in project management (methodology, tools and soft skills), preferably Agile and/or PMP certified
• Strong Knowledge of Microsoft tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Project, Server, Sharepoint, PowerBI)
• Ability to work in a matrix organization and a highly dynamic environment
• Demonstrates strong communication skills and high level of initiative
• Fluent in English, fluency in any other languages is an asset
