The Position

As “Site Production Manager”, you will be part of the Site Management Team, reporting directly to the Business Unit Manager.

You will be accountable to achieve operational results identified by the Corporations WIN Strategy and Business Unit Strategy Deployment goals to ensure profitable growth.

The main responsibilities for this role are:

• Lead the Manufacturing, Industrialization & Methods, Facility and Maintenance departments to ensure operational efficiency and economy.
• Define the Manufacturing roadmap to ensure the sustainability of equipment and processes.
• Accountable for driving lean initiatives throughout the manufacturing operations to ensure they are fully embraced and implemented.
• Develop a budget plan and manage the operations within budget constraints.
• Responsible for analysis and tracking performance data on key performance indicators in support of strategic goals.
• Build strong relationship with stakeholders and managers across the MPSD Division to ensure satisfying business and customer requirements.
• Manage staff recruitment, performance, development, talent and training processes to ensure the team competencies and capabilities are aligned with the business needs.

Your Profile

• Master’s Degree in Engineering, Business, or related areas.
• Proven experience of at least 10 years in operations, with at least 4 years’ experience in a leadership role.
• Highly analytical and structured with excellent business acumen.
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Excellent leadership skills with ability to influence and engage at all levels to drive vision and purpose.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, change management and decision-making skills.
• At ease in French and English.
