In the heart of Switzerland, at the foot of the famous Rigi and at one of the most beautiful and sunniest spot of the Lake Lucerne, lies the listed Hotel Vitznauerhof. The house has 53 modern furnished rooms and suites with a wonderful view. We also offer 3 glamping tents for the more adventurous guests. 

We serve a wide range of culinary highlights in our hotel: in our Ibiza Food Studio Vitznau Pop-Up, the garden restaurant with a lounge by the lake or at the bar.

Our wellness and SPA team takes care of the well-being of our guests, with massages, cosmetic and body treatments as well as saunas, jacuzzi and direct lake access.

In this role, you will perform the following activities:

• Responsible for a smooth service flow


• Support in the management of a station with collection


• Service of food and beverages


• Provision of mise-en-place


• Supporting and advising our guests at the highest level


• Assistance with banquets and large events


• Customer-oriented handling of complaints


• Professional use, care and cleaning of the equipment and materials used


• Implementation of the operating philosophy

• Attendance of a Swiss recognized hotel management school


• Good language skills in English and preferably other languages


• Flexibility and reliability


• Pleasure in contact with guests


• Motivation to learn new things


• Well groomed appearance
