The Hitachi Energy IT /AV Specialist is a key part of the Hitachi Energy HQ IT and VIP Support team. With technical-, and excellent soft skills, the IT/AV Specialist will ensure that Hitachi Energy HQ and VIP users receive supreme care and assistance during their day-to-day work with IT-and AV related issues, requests.

Your Responsibilities

• Collaborates with cross-functional work teams, key stakeholders, IT managers, internal & 3rd party suppliers, and subject matter experts to maintain HQ IT- A/V and VIP support services and solutions

• Supports video teleconferencing or video recordings as required 

• Maintains HQ Media Room 

• Supports audio/video/photo productions as required 

• Supports live streaming as required  

• Manages small projects related to HQ IT- AV and VIP support services 

• Liaises with Service Desk or resolver groups to find resolutions to more complex problems 

• Maintains meeting rooms IT equipment

Your Background

• Bachelor or master's degree in Information Technology, Business Management, or a related field with three years of experience in a customer-facing support role

• Around three years of work experience in video/audio/photo services, live streaming and technical support

• Up-to-date knowledge of current end-user support trends, tools, methods, processes required

• Up-to-date knowledge of photo and videography trends

• Good understanding of OBS, Blackmagic and related solutions

• Good analytical and problem solving skills
