Description

The chosen candidate will operate under the guidance of the Head of HR Business Partnering, contributing to the reinforcement of the HR Business Partner team throughout the duration of the assignment. This position will assist in delivering HRBP services:

  • Aid HR Business Partners in managing activities throughout the employee life-cycle
  • Supporting the effective execution of HR initiatives in alignment with the company's protocols and standards
  • Keeping track of fixed-term contracts and temporary assignments, ensuring proper procedures are followed for probation periods, contract extensions, conversions, or terminations, while meeting legal requirements and maintaining accurate records
  • Participating in talent review sessions, taking notes, and following up on actions related to staff development, training, and mobility
  • Providing administrative and operational help to HR Business Partners for tasks like reorganization, job evaluation, position management, and case handling
  • Acting as the first point of contact for staff queries on HR processes and handling other information requests
  • Updating intranet pages on existing processes and changes for staff and managers and assisting with communications
  • Proposing ways to enhance or simplify existing procedures

Profile

  • Commercial degree or equivalent studies
  • +3 years' experience within an HR department, preferably in diverse roles such as recruitment, talent management, HR business partnering, and Operations
  • Proven experience in facilitating the adoption of HR processes among various client groups, including line managers and staff
  • Fluent in English (both spoken and written), any additional languages are a bonus
  • Proficiency in technology tools such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint
  • Previous exposure to (and familiarity with) HR systems like: HRIS, LMS, ATS, and employee engagement platforms would be beneficial
  • Capable of handling operational responsibilities autonomously
  • Versatile, flexible and with strong interpersonal skills
  • Acts with integrity; displays high standard of ethical conduct; committed to the highest level of discretion in all activities
