AI Solutions Specialist - Internship

You will work with the team on real AI systems for clients and internal initiatives. The role combines technical understanding, solution design, and client-facing communication.

You will help translate business problems into AI-enabled workflows, support implementation work, and contribute to the delivery of production-oriented systems involving LLMs, agents, and automation.

What you’ll do

• Design and delivery of AI systems using LLMs, agents, and automation
• Help translate client needs into clear solution designs and implementation requirements
• Work with technical team members on system architecture, testing, evaluation, and improvement
• Research AI models, tools, frameworks, and agentic system patterns
• Prepare client-facing materials, documentation, and presentations
• Join client workshops, demos, and solution discussions

What we’re looking for

• Based and allowed to work in Switzerland (required)
• Fluent command of English is required. Fluency in German and French are a plus
• Strong practical understanding of LLMs, AI agents, agentic systems, and modern AI tools
• Practical and demonstrable experience with building systems in Claude (Claude code, cowork, managed agents), Codex, Langdock, Dust or other similar agentic platforms is a plus
• Technical fluency, with programming or software engineering experience preferred but not required
• Strong communication skills and confidence in client-facing settings
• Structured thinking and ability to work on ambiguous problems
• Comfort in a dynamic startup environment
• Experience in financial services, investment management, or consulting is a plus

• You may be studying or have recently studied computer science, engineering, data science, finance, economics, business, or a related field. We care about curiosity, judgment, AI fluency, and the ability to learn quickly.
