Our HAMILTON ventilators are used in intensive care units, during emergency transport, and in MRI environments. They help medical teams care for adult, pediatric, and neonatal patients worldwide.

How you can make a difference :
As a key member of our product communication team, you will work closely with product managers and stakeholders to drive the global success of our prehospital segment. You will plan and coordinate international product launches and develop cross-media marketing campaigns that generate demand and strengthen brand awareness.
Your creativity will be put to the test as you develop innovative tools to attract new customers and support retention throughout the product life cycle, leveraging market research and competitive insights to shape effective marketing and communication strategies alongside product management and business development.
Working cross-functionally, you will equip our sales teams with compelling arguments and strategies that resonate with customers - making a meaningful impact in a dynamic, growth-oriented environment.
That's what you bring along :

Master's degree in Marketing / Marketing Communications or equivalent qualification

Strong interest in medical technology and products; experience in the emergency care environment or in the critical care environment is a plus

Multiple years of experience in product communication, B2B marketing or product management - ideally in the MedTech environment

Excellent communication and copywriting skills in English and German (min. Level C1) is a must; any additional language is a plus

A talent for crafting concise yet captivating written content, coupled with a discerning eye for aesthetics, tone, and style

Solid experience working with Office-programs (PowerPoint, Word, Excel) and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign)

High ability to structure own and others work; very good prioritization skills

High level of pro-activeness and intrinsic motivation combined with curiosity to learn new things and an inquisitive mind

Willingness and ability to travel for multiple days at a time
