We are looking for a high-energy, self-motivated Recruiter to join us on a temporary basis to support our immediate hiring needs. We are growing and need a "right hand" who can take ownership of the recruitment cycle, from sourcing to signing.You won't just be processing applications; you will be hunting for the best talent, digging deep into profiles, and acting as the face of our company to candidates.
Key Responsibilities
- Full-Cycle Recruiting: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for open roles across all departments.
- Deep Screening: Review CVs with a critical eye. You know how to read between the lines to find the actual skills and potential behind the buzzwords.
- Pipeline Management: Manage our ATS to ensure a smooth workflow and a great candidate experience.
- Interviewing: Conduct initial video screens to assess skills, cultural fit, and English proficiency.
- Closing: Assist in the negotiation process and help close candidates effectively.
- Bachelor in Computer Science or other technical education.
- 2+ years of hands-on recruitment experience (agency or in-house).
- Experience sourcing technical roles (Software Engineers and other IT roles)
- You have experience using ATS platforms (experience with Workable is a plus).
- You are persistent. You don't give up when a role is hard to fill; you try a different angle.
- You have an entrepreneurial mindset.
- Strong written & spoken communication skills in English.
- You are social, outgoing, and confident in speaking with candidates from diverse backgrounds.
- You are a self-starer, well-organized and know how to set priorities.
- You are comfortable discussing salaries, rates, and terms.
