- Messung der Effektivität von Talent- und Leadership-Initiativen.
Fähigkeiten
- Erfahrung in Talentmanagement, Leadership-Entwicklung und Evaluation.
- Fähigkeiten in psychometrischen Bewertungen und 360-Grad-Feedback.
- Kompetenzen in der Zusammenarbeit mit HR und Führungskräften.

The Group Training & Development Team is responsible to design, develop and deploy a comprehensive portfolio of high-quality training and development measures for leadership, sales, service and other functions across Mettler-Toledo. Our focus is to contribute to the successful implementation of the company strategy and to build a high-performance culture. Group Training & Development defines and supports the company’s talent management and performance management processes, as well as learning technology choices.To strengthen our global Training & Development Team located in Greifensee Switzerland, we are looking for an open-minded, energetic and creative Senior Learning Consultant 100% (all genders)In this role, your responsibilities would include: 1. Talent ManagementFurther develop and implement robust talent assessment methodologies and practices to identify high-potential employees and evaluate leadership competencies across the organizationUtilize a range of assessment tools, including psychometric assessments, 360-degree feedback, and performance evaluations, to inform talent and leadership development strategiesEvaluate and further develop our current approach to Performance and Talent Management2. Leadership Development Program DesignDesign, implement, and evaluate leadership development programs, focusing on enhancing leadership skills and competencies on al company levelsIncorporate a variety of instructional methods, such as workshops, classroom training (face to face and virtual), e-learning modules, as well as coaching and mentoring, to cater to diverse learning styles and needsFacilitate experiential learning opportunities that simulate real-world challenges and foster leadership growthFoster a culture of feedback and self-awareness among leaders to promote personal and professional growth3. Evaluation and Continuous ImprovementMeasure the effectiveness of talent management and leadership development initiatives using key performance indicators and participant feedbackContinuously improve programs and processes based on evaluation results and emerging trends in leadership and organizational development4. Strategic Partnership and Stakeholder EngagementPartner with HR and senior leadership to ensure that talent assessment, performance management and leadership development initiatives are aligned with the organization’s strategic goals and workforce planningStay up to date with industry trends and research in talent management, leadership and organizational development to ensure the organization’s practices are innovative and effective
