In short
We are looking for a dedicated and visionary Digital GTM Transformation Lead to lead the implementation of a visual merchandising tool (virtualretail.io), ensuring seamless integration into our Go-to-Market (GTM) ecosystem. This role is pivotal in building, enhancing and rolling out key assortment visualization capabilities, implementing a dedicated digital platform and continuously improving the tool to support our evolving GTM engine. Ultimately this role will be key to increase visibility, accuracy, and consistency in decision-making across different design, merchandising, visual merchandising, sales, marketing and retail activities.
Your Mission
- Lead the implementation and continuous usage and evolution of our visual merchandising platform across the organization, from requirements gathering to rollout and seasonal improvements
- Align the tool’s capabilities with business objectives and the needs of merchandising, visual merchandising, sales, retail, and marketing teams
- Drive the development of virtual environments (virtual stores, showrooms) in the platform through the use of 3D assets for store layouts, fixtures, and assortment visualization
- Ensure smooth integration with existing systems, workflows, and data sources.Drive change management and adoption across design, merchandising, visual merchandising, sales, marketing and retail teams
- Collaborate with engineering, IT, and external vendors to ensure seamless integration and ongoing enhancements
- Work closely with global and regional merchandising, commercial, planning, and technology teams to align processes and capabilities
- Conduct user testing, gather feedback, and facilitate training sessions to drive adoption. Provide hands-on support during physical sessions involving the tool setup and usage
- Establish KPIs and monitor the tool’s impact on omnichannel alignment, decision-making efficiency, and commercial outcomes
