Responsibilities:
Manage and grow a private client portfolio consisting of high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth individuals from Poland
Actively develop new client relationships in the region, including regular travel for business development and client meetings
Deliver tailored financial advice, investment strategies, and bespoke solutions to meet a wide range of client needs
Collaborate with internal specialists across investment management, wealth planning, and advisory services to provide holistic solutions
Maintain strict adherence to internal policies and regulatory standards applicable in both Switzerland and the clients' jurisdictions
Requirements:
At least 10 years of successful experience as a Relationship Manager or Private Banker serving clients from Poland
Demonstrated success in client acquisition and retention within the target region
Proven ability to generate revenue and attract new assets under management (AuM).
Strong understanding of the financial, legal, and regulatory landscape in Poland
In-depth knowledge of investment products, private banking services, global compliance considerations, and financial markets
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a strong ability to build trust and maintain long-term client relationships
