Administration and document upload in different systems
Organisation of team events
In charge of office equipment, supplies and contracts
IT Asset Management (set-up office desks and devices in accordance with external IT etc.)
Updating internal lists and calendar
Accommodation/logistics for employees
Periodic checks of physical Archive and responsible for document check-in/out procedures

Requirements
Completed commercial apprenticeship or similar education and a few years of experience
Ability to prioritise, multi-task, work efficiently, diligently and independently in an international environment
Organized, accurate and detail-oriented with sound judgement and integrity
Professional excellent verbal and written communication skills in English/German
A can-do positive mindset, resilient, flexible and willing to support team objectives
Good working knowledge of all MS Office programs
Proactivity and strong problem-solving skills
The ideal candidate will be able to commute to Syntes’ office in Vaduz every day of the week.
