Your Responsibilities

• Partner with managers to identify learning needs and capability gaps across the business.
• Design, develop and maintain engaging learning solutions, including digital and blended learning content.
• Deliver and coordinate learning programmes, workshops and development initiatives aligned with business priorities.
• Support leadership development through coaching, mentoring and career development activities.
• Manage learning administration, including the Learning Management System (LMS), programme scheduling and learning records.
• Evaluate learning effectiveness, analyse participation and feedback, and continuously improve learning solutions and processes.

Specific Requirements

• Experience in Learning & Development, training coordination and talent development. 
• Knowledge of learning needs analysis, instructional design and adult learning principles. 
• Experience designing and delivering blended and digital learning solutions. 
• Ability to facilitate workshops and support coaching and mentoring initiatives. 
• Strong organisational, communication and stakeholder management skills. 
• Experience working with Learning Management Systems (LMS), Microsoft 365 and digital authoring tools. 
• Analytical mindset with the ability to evaluate learning effectiveness and recommend improvements.
