Fähigkeiten
ETH, BSc, FH oder HF; Erfahrung in der Luftfahrt-Engine MRO-Branche.
Kenntnisse in Englisch und Deutsch, beide Level B2 bevorzugt.
Interaktion mit OEMs zur Verbesserung der Reparierbarkeit.

As a Customer Support Engineer for New Engines you will be responsible to provide technical support, definition and implementation of engine work scopes in agreement with the customer.
Your tasks
Support actively by identifying, participating, or leading in problem solving activities or initiatives
Prepare and define engine work scopes for engine shop visits regarding customer requirements, SR Technics technical standard and contractual obligations
Optimize the Work scope in regard of performance, reliability, shop visit costs and turnaround time
Be technical customer support for these engines during the shop visit
Define and improve the technical standard and maintenance concept of the PW1100G-JM mainly and LEAP / CFM56 / PW4000 engines as backup Part 145 and all quality and commercial aspects
Prepare reliability analysis and continuously updating and improving the establishment of the Engine Maintenance Program
Execute damage event investigations and issuing investigation reports
Be responsible for technical assistance for engine maintenance and piece part repair organization
Interact with OEM’s and vendors to improve reparability and reliability of engine parts and components
Support commercial Product Management regarding contractual issues as removal plan and work scoping incl. LLP (Life Limited Parts) management
Execute and participate at technical customer co-ordination meetings
Your Profile
ETH, BSc, FH or HF
Aviation Engine MRO industry experience
Knowledge of English (level B2) and German language (level B2) is preferred
