The Content Insights Project Manager leads a global initiative to enhance digital content performance by driving the implementation of taxonomy, tagging, and performance dashboards across key markets. This role coordinates cross-functional stakeholders, ensures project delivery, and supports strategic insights generation within the pharmaceutical industry.

Description
Lead and coordinate the Content Insights project across top global markets and brands
Drive project planning and delivery, ensuring timely rollout of taxonomy, tagging, and dashboards
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (e.g. Martech, Data & Insights, Integrated Insights, CCS Lead, Agencies) to gather inputs and manage stakeholder expectations
Track progress across countries and workstreams, maintain project documentation and timelines
Facilitate regular meetings and workshops to align on strategy, risks, requirements, and updates
Oversee governance processes, enabling above-market insight generation and aligning with brand leads
Monitor project KPIs and report regularly to senior stakeholders, including the ICE Steering Committee
Support process documentation, SharePoint maintenance, and knowledge transfer activities
Contribute to roadmap definition, training coordination, and change request management
Profile
Several years of project or program management experience in a global, cross-functional environment
Fluent in English (written and spoken)
Ideally experienced in the pharmaceutical or healthcare sector
Experience with MarTech platforms such as Veeva Vault, Veeva OnCore, or ShamanGo is a strong plus
Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills
Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple priorities and workstreams
Analytical mindset with experience tracking KPIs and driving process improvements
Familiarity with content operations, taxonomy, and tagging frameworks
