- Maintain and monitor our analytics platform across hardware, network, operating systems and shared services
- Automate installation processes and streamline application delivery pipelines using scripting and infrastructure-as-code with tools such as Terraform or Ansible
- Design, implement and operate shared services including PKI, storage and authentication
- Implement monitoring tools, logging frameworks and alerting mechanisms, and respond to incidents to ensure uptime and reliability
- Collaborate with DevOps and Platform Engineering teams to integrate systems and ensure scalability and security
What you should bring with you
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field or equivalent experience
- Solid background with Linux environments, networking and system administration
- Knowledge of container technologies such as Docker or Kubernetes combined with scripting skills in Python, Bash or Go
- Understanding of infrastructure automation and CI/CD concepts, ideally with tools such as Jenkins or GitLab CI
- Practical know-how in monitoring and logging solutions such as Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack or Loki
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills combined with a proactive, collaborative mindset
- Excellent English language skills are required; proficiency in German is a plus
