About Us Nexo Corporate Services is a specialized consulting firm based in the heart of Zug. We primarily support Iberian and Latin American companies in establishing and structuring Swiss stock corporations. As a small and dynamic team of three professionals, we value professionalism, independence, and a collaborative working environment.
To strengthen our team, we are looking for a reliable and well-organized Administrative Officer (60%) to join us by June 2026 at the latest.
Your Responsibilities
- Administrative coordination of Swiss company formations (AG)
- Liaising with authorities, trustees, lawyers, and external partners
- Direct communication with national and international clients
- General administrative and document management tasks
- Support with payment processing (e-banking)
- Recording and monitoring incoming payments
- Cost control and maintenance of internal tracking sheets
Your Profile
- Completed commercial apprenticeship or relevant administrative education
- Experience in administration, fiduciary services, or a similar environment
- Fluent in German and English (written and spoken)
- Structured, precise, and independent working style
- High level of discretion and sense of responsibility
