On behalf of our client, a long-established Swiss luxury watch brand, we are currently seeking a cheerful individual with experience in handling the current high volume of orders for their existing products.

What you will be doing:

• Processing incoming customer enquiries (‘leads’) and making initial contact
• Maintaining and entering customer data into the CRM system (e.g. Salesforce)
• Processing and documenting deposit payments using internal tools
• Responding to customer enquiries by email using predefined templates

What you should bring:

• Experience in the hospitality, customer service or call centre sector (ideally in the luxury sector)
• Proficiency in standard MS Office applications
• A structured, meticulous approach to work and confidence in using digital tools (e.g. CRM systems)
• Very good English required; German or French would be an advantage
