Your responsibilities
Implementing and managing measures to achieve quality goals
Monitoring and evaluating actions to achieve quality goals
Supporting production plants during on-site visits
Supporting plants and developing action plans to reduce customer requirements or recurring complaints, with a special focus on technical solutions
Ensuring the adoption of quality procedures and methods
Training plants in operational quality tools
Collecting, evaluating, and preparing reports as required by the operations manager
Your qualifications
Focus on leading, process and product standards, verification, and performance
Supporting continuous improvement of defects, quality costs, customer performance, and launch activities within the plant team
Collecting and analyzing reported data for improvements
Involvement in lessons learned from problem-solving
Sharing gained insights
Improving quality both internally and externally
Coaching production plants to improve operational performance through problem-solving
Training plants in operational quality methods and systems
Training plant quality engineers on their key duties
Advanced knowledge of English (both spoken and written, at least at B2 level)
