Your main challenges
As Operations Manager for a new organization launching new products, you will guide and form the operational team enabling the fulfillment of this product in the market:
- Organization and management of all processes, KPIs and supporting systems
- Sourcing and contractual negotiations with all suppliers and external partners
- Oversight of production as well as in- and out-bond logistic matters
- Responsibility for quality assurance and compliance
- Organization, support and coordination of HR and IT services
- 10 years of experience in a similar role preferably in a small company scaling up
- Experience with putting new products into production
- Master's degree in business, industrial engineering, operations management or MBA
- Enterprise architecture
- Familiarity with relevant industry regulations and standards highly valued
- You act agile and entrepreneurial with a hands-on mentality
- You have excellent problem-solving skills, critical and analytical thinking
- You work with a flexible and collaborative mindset in adapting to changing demands and embracing a responsive approach
- You are excited about working collaboratively and multidisciplinary environment to achieve greater outcomes
- Strong communication, negotiation and conflict management skills
