About Swiss Nutri
Swiss Nutri is a family-owned Swiss company based in Küssnacht am Rigi. For more than a decade, the company has been developing popular nutraceuticals for the Swiss market, and it is now experiencing strong and increasing demand both within Switzerland and internationally.
As the business enters a new phase of growth and organisational development, we are looking for an analytically strong and commercially minded Commercial Operations Lead who can help improve execution, support key decision-making, and build a scalable foundation for further expansion.
Role Overview
This role is centered on applying economic reasoning to operational and commercial decision-making, including pricing, demand forecasting, cost optimisation, production planning, and capital allocation. The goal is to turn data and market demand into sound decisions that improve margins, strengthen capital efficiency, and support long-term revenue stability.
As the CEO is currently on medical leave, the successful candidate will take over a substantial part of his day-to-day responsibilities and help support the business through an important growth phase. This is a hands-on role with broad exposure across operations, supply chain, planning, product launches, and commercial execution.
The successful candidate will help lead the execution of an ambitious 2026 pipeline of 50 to 100 product launches across Switzerland and international markets. This requires strong coordination across planning, suppliers, production, inventory, timelines, and market execution.
A central part of the role will be to build decision-making models using applied artificial intelligence to help evaluate formulations, consumer demand, sales forecasting, customer preferences, and effective marketing strategies in Switzerland and abroad.
This is an unusual opportunity for a high-potential candidate to take on substantial responsibility at an early stage and work directly on commercially important decisions in a growing Swiss business.
Key Responsibilities
- Take over a substantial part of the CEO’s day-to-day operational and commercial responsibilities during his medical leave
- Support the business through a period of strong growth in Switzerland and abroad
- Help lead the operational execution of 50 to 100 product launches in 2026, ensuring timely and well-coordinated delivery
- Translate growth targets into economically grounded operating plans, including pricing, production cadence, inventory planning, and working capital management
- Build and maintain cost, margin, and demand models to support better business decisions
- Build decision-making models using applied artificial intelligence to evaluate formulations, consumer demand, sales forecasting, customer preferences, and effective marketing strategies in Switzerland and international markets
- Oversee operational processes across forecasting, reporting, procurement, inventory, and supplier coordination
- Manage supplier relationships and support negotiations with manufacturing and ingredient partners
- Align production planning with demand forecasts and stock requirements
- Improve efficiency, strengthen internal coordination, and establish clear operational structure across the company
- Support leadership with prioritisation, decision-making, and business continuity
- Build scalable systems and processes that support long-term growth
Candidate Profile
