CERENEO PREVENTION is an innovative healthcare, hotel, and restaurant concept located in Vitznau, Switzerland, nestled in the breathtaking landscape of Lake Lucerne at the foot of Mount Rigi. This unique facility will open in 2026 and focuses on personalized preventive medicine. It offers exceptional experiences designed to improve lifestyle habits and optimize brain health.
Using state-of-the-art diagnostics and innovative technologies, we work together with our guests to develop personalized prevention programs that help them sustainably improve habits in nutrition, physical activity, sleep, and recovery, thereby minimizing the risk of neurological and cardiovascular diseases.
Your responsibilities
- Shift work without split shifts: production and delivery of breakfast, lunch, and dinner service
- Contributing to the development and implementation of innovative, health-promoting menus
- Professional leadership of a designated station according to supervisor guidelines
- Participation in and contribution to daily kitchen briefings
- Ensuring and monitoring compliance with internal operational standards
- Shared responsibility for goods receiving, quality control, storage, and mise en place
- Maintaining clean and hygienic working practices in accordance with regulations
- Efficient use of resources and active promotion of teamwork and synergies
Your qualifications
- Completed vocational training as a chef
- At least two years of professional experience in a comparable position
- Strong interest in healthy, balanced, and sustainable nutrition
- Openness to modern technologies and interest in AI-supported recipe development
- Enjoyment of direct guest interaction in an open-kitchen environment
- Entrepreneurial mindset and conscious use of resources
- Effective self- and time-management with clear prioritization and reliable, timely work
- Team-oriented attitude, open communication, and active contribution to a positive work atmosphere
- Structured planning and coordination of workflows, even in demanding situations
- Creativity, resilience, and flexibility, with the ability to respond confidently to changing requirements and contribute innovative solutions
