Your Role

As an Assistant at JSS Asset Management North America, you play a key role in supporting our Geneva and Zurich offices in managing day-to-day business operations and provide client-centric experience through efficient administrative, operational and compliance-related tasks.

Your Responsibilities

Assist the CRMs the CIO and CCO in their daily business

Daily management and monitoring of the client's accounts: fiduciary deposits, overdraft, payment support

Execution of trades (equity, bonds, FX, metals)

Client's communication and reporting (account statements, performance)

Discretionary mandate implementation and monitoring

KYC periodic review, forms renewal and CRM's support with internal departments (central file, compliance, etc.) in particular for high risk clients

Prepare and follow-up internally the accounts opening journey (individual, corporate, complex structures)

Support preparation of compliance related reports

Handle expenses and payments processing

Maintain stamp duty calculation files

Participate in the marketing effort and follow-up of investment recommendations and ideas in support of CRMs

Your Profile

Degree in Finance

First relevant work experience in Private Banking

Excellent Microsoft Office skills, knowledge in Avaloq is an advantage

Ability to weigh problems and set priorities

Strong work ethics, integrity and high level of accountability

Ability to work under pressure and work with various stakeholders

Fluency in English and French; Fluency in other languages are an advantage
