About the Role
PG3 AG is looking for a Product Manager (Alternative Investments) to join our Multi-Strategy team in Baar, Zug, Switzerland, with an employment level of 80-100%.
In this role, you will take full ownership of a diverse portfolio of investment products, leading key activities across their lifecycle, including fund launches, restructurings, wind-downs, and ongoing monitoring and reporting. You will work closely with internal teams, clients, and external service providers to ensure seamless execution and high stakeholder satisfaction.
The Multi-Strategy team manages a broad mandate across alternative (insurance finance, legal finance, royalty finance) and traditional asset classes, including equities, and credit. You will be part of a collaborative and entrepreneurial environment, contributing to both strategic and operational initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Full ownership of assigned investment products
- Execution of investment reporting with precision and timeliness
- Coordination of fund launches, restructurings, and wind-downs
- Stakeholder engagement and issue resolution
- Operational problem-solving across teams
- Strategic support to sales and representation of operational capabilities
- Leadership in cross-functional projects
- Various support tasks across our middle- and back-office functions
- Application of regulatory and legal knowledge in daily operations
About You
We are looking for a proactive, detail-oriented self-starter who thrives in a dynamic and multicultural environment. You should be motivated by high standards, eager to take ownership, and comfortable navigating complexity. Ideally, you bring:
- A higherdegree (or equivalent) in business administration, finance, economics, or law
- Up to 2 years of professional experience in banking, asset management, accounting or advisory
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities under tight timelines
- A collaborative mindset with a willingness to go the extra mile
- Excellent communication skills in English (German is a plus)
- A deep sense of responsibility, flexibility, and reliability
- A keen interest in alternative investments and exposure to the full investment lifecycle
