Position: Preschool Teacher & Early Year Learning center Coordinator / Administrator 

Location: Luus Muus Preschool, Egg

Responsibilities:

As a Preschool Teacher & Early Year Learning Center Coordinator /Administrator , you will have diverse and fulfilling responsibilities, including, but not limited to:

Preschool Teacher Responsibilities:

1. Lesson planning and delivering engaging and developmentally appropriate lessons to encourage social, emotional, and cognitive growth in children.

2. Educational and Pedagogical planning to create a nurturing and inclusive classroom environment that fosters curiosity, creativity, and a love for learning.

3. Providing individualized attention and support to meet the unique needs and learning styles of each child

4. Monitoring child development and Documentation of Learning

5. Cultivating positive relationships with children and families to ensure a collaborative and supportive learning community.

Early Year Learning Center Coordinator /Administrator:

1. Managing administrative tasks related to membership management.

2. Facilitating effective communication with parents, staff, and external stakeholders.

3. Communication with external parties and coordinating support services.

4. Timetabling classes and scheduling appointments

5. Ensuring an organized and efficient office environment to support the smooth functioning of the preschool.

Qualifications and Requirements:

To be considered for this multifaceted role, you should possess the following qualifications and attributes:

1. Bachelor's degree or/and professional qualification in Early Childhood Education or a related field.

2. Proven experience as a preschool teacher, demonstrating a strong understanding of early childhood development.

3. Excellent organizational and time management skills to efficiently handle administrative duties.

4. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to engage with children, parents, and staff effectively.

5. Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic team environment.

6. Familiarity with administrative tasks and a willingness to adapt to new challenges.
