AIT Planning Engineer (M/F)
Your Mission
You will play a key role in the planning, coordination, and monitoring of Assembly, Integration, and Test (AIT) activities within the space industry throughout the entire manufacturing lifecycle. You will contribute to meeting project deadlines by optimizing the sequencing of operations and the use of available resources.
Your Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain the schedule for satellite assembly, integration, and testing activities.
- Coordinate activities between AIT, engineering, production teams, and various project stakeholders.
- Manage daily constraints and adjust schedules to minimize impacts on project timelines.
- Plan activities according to the availability of human and material resources and lead coordination meetings.
Your Responsibilities

Your Profile
- Engineering degree or equivalent qualification in Industrial Engineering, Production Management, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in scheduling, industrial planning, or production coordination.
- Experience in a complex industrial environment (space, aerospace, defense, or high-tech industries).
- Good understanding of manufacturing, integration, or testing processes.
- Experience coordinating multidisciplinary teams and multiple stakeholders.
- Proficiency with SAP and/or 3DEXPERIENCE.
- Fluent English; French is a plus.
